How much does it cost to rent the Rec Center?

• Sports – $30/hour for CVCO Members or $40/hour for Non-Members

• Parties – $40/hour or 3 hours for $100 for Members. $50/hour or 3 hours for $130 for Non-Members. 

• Fundraisers, Community Groups, & For-profit organizations must complete a separate form for the board to vote on pricing.  

Rental Policies:

• All renters must be registered prior to renting the gym. 

• Weekly rentals require pre-payment.

• Party Rentals require a minimum of 1 hour setup and cleanup time, a $250 deposit, with the balance due within 14 days of the rental.

• Community Groups – we’ll need a copy of your insurance.

How to register as the primary renter:

• Must submit a photocopy of your ID to CVCO.

• Must complete & submit Rental Agreement & Gym Participant forms to CVCO.

• Approval as a primary renter could take up to 14 days.
